Pricing has returned to the Enigma 3 website. Why?
When Enigma 3 was formed, we aimed to be affordable, transparent, easy to work with, fast and convenient. This mission and the very roots of Enigma 3 began the summer of 2008 with a small company called Underfunded Film Productions. Our goal was to provide professional film equipment to underfunded productions.
In 2020 UFP merged with a camera rental house (Mystery Box Cine Rentals) to form Enigma 3. As we’ve grown, our mission has always stayed the same and we’ve made changes to our systems and practices to give the best experience to our clients and crews.
When Enigma 3 began, we decided to remove all of the pricing from our website. We wanted our clients to choose equipment that was best suited for their projects rather than based on cost, then we could work with them on budget. Now, after receiving feedback from many of our regulars, we have restored the pricing on our website. We live in Utah county, we love Utah, and we love filmmaking. We are looking forward to building a stronger community with more access to high quality gear. We know that as our clients produce great content it will lead to more work in Utah for everyone.
